U373MG and U373MG-IE1 cell motility after depletion of RhoA, RhoB or RhoC in uninfected or HCMV infected cells.
Both the parental U373MG and the derivatives U373MG-IE1 cells were transduced with the indicated shRNA TRIPZ lentivirus vectors and subsequently infected with HCMV (MOI=3 pfu/cell ) or not.
After 48 hours of infection (mock or HCMV), images were acquired by time-lapse microscopy every 15 min for 5 h.
